Traynor DarkHorse DH15H
Description
This is a capture of my Traynor DarkHorse. The DarkHorse can run in a 15 watt mode, powered by a 6V6, or a 2 watt mode powered by a 12AU7. It also has three modes: a cleaner "US" mode, a crunchier "Brit" mode, and a "Pure" mode that bypasses the tonestack entirely for full signal to the output tubes. For these captures, the DarkHorse was in Pure mode with the Master on about half. The "Mid" capture has the gain at about 2 o'clock, while the "Full" capture has the gain on full. This amp is normally paired with a 1x12 or 2x12 with Celestion Greenbacks that can be run open or closed.
